As an Administrator you have access to the course creation function within the knowledge tab in the main menu. From there you click the create course button, and begin. Add the course title, and brief description, and any video or images.
At this point click the Edit Lessons button and begin adding your lesson title, click on that lesson, and begin creating your 1st lesson, or copy/paste from any existing content you have.
You can also add video and images here, and affect text size, etc. Save this lesson and then repeat adding as many lessons as you need for this course.
Within the Knowledge menu section, as you name the course you are able to select which teams will have access to your course through the drop down menu
